| OUT-OF-STOCK-ORDERS
FORMAT will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 5:00PM , or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. RETURNS POLICY
FORMAT wants to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience, but just in case there is a problem, we gladly offer exchanges or store credit with the original receipt. If you are at all unfulfilled with your purchase, you may return the item(s) in its original form (unworn or uninstalled, with tags) within 15 business days of receiving your order for an exchange or store credit (credited at the current selling price), less shipping costs.

All items indicated as FINAL SALE are not eligible for a store credit or exchange.
No returns are available for SALE items – only exchange.
- Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
- DO NOT SEND RETURNS BACK TO US C.O.D. as they will not be accepted
- A Separate box should be used to ship shoes/sneakers back with the original box inside. The Original box cannot be used as packaging for shipping.
- Items worn, with stains cannot be returned. If you do ship such items, FORMAT will not be responsible for processing and returning such items.
- Shipping & handling is not refundable for returns.
- Gift Certificates are not refundable
- There will be a $5 processing fee for items returned without the original receipt.
- Any electronic product that has been opened and/or used cannot be returned for store credit or exchanged unless the unit was received defective.
BMX Return Policy
Upon reception of your order, inspect all items for any defects. An exchange or store credit will be provided for NEW, UNUSED or UNINSTALLED condition items in the original box, within 15 days of receipt, less the original postage and handling. If you choose to exchange an item(s), you must pay shipping and handling charges. All returns must be packaged carefully and shipped via insured US Mail or ground service with freight prepaid.
Shoe Return Policy
FORMAT will only accept returns for shoes 15 days from the date of receipt if there is a defect in the shoe, or if they are unworn. Any shoe that has wear on it without a defect can NOT be returned. All returns must come with the original shoe box and receipt. An exchange or store credit will not be granted for items which are returned with obvious wear or when footwear packaging is damaged. This will be determined by FORMAT.
Swimsuit Policy
FORMAT does not accept returns on swimsuits.
Toy Return Policy
We do not accept Toy returns for non-defective merchandise. We cannot issue refunds, credits, or exchanges for a different Toy item. If your merchandise has a significant defect right out of the box (i.e. the product is broken or missing parts), we'll be happy to exchange it for a non-damaged item. You must contact us within TEN (10) DAYS from the date of purchase.
Underwear Policy
FORMAT does not accept returns on underwear. |

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING POLICY
USA Shipping Policies
All US orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. Please allow 5-10 business days for ground shipping. Your shipping charge will vary depending on the weight of your package. APO and FPO addresses will be charged an additional $15 shipping fee. Please make sure someone will be available, otherwise your package may be returned to us. For a price estimate and tracking please visit www.ups.com or www.usps.com.
Expedited Shipping is available to mainland USA customers only. Expedited Shipping orders must be placed before 3PM EST for it to go out the same day. Most expedited shipping orders placed on Friday after 3PM EST - Monday 3PM EST will arrive on Tuesday. These options may not be available for specific orders as noted on the specific item page.
If an item runs out of stock before your order is processed, a refund will be automatically issued back to your credit card or Paypal account within two to three business days.
Next Afternoon Shipping costs an additional $20 and is guaranteed before 5 pm next business day.
2nd Day Shipping costs an additional $15 and is guaranteed before 5 pm second business day.
International Shipping Policies
We ship to all international countries, depending on postal limitations. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Your shipping charge will vary based on weight and country of destination. Drop-ship items and expedited shipping is not available for International orders.
Your package will be subject to customs/duties charges. UPS and FORMAT are not responsible for customs/duties charges. These costs are determined by your local customs office. FORMAT cannot determine, in advance, what these fees will be.
FORMAT cannot mark International orders as a “gift” in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees – this is an illegal practice and as an established business we will not do this. For more information on customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office.FORMAT does try to minimize these charges by listing the ‘wholesale’ cost of your package on the commercial invoice rather than the retail value. This provides the customs agents with a true, legal value, while minimizing your costs.

Canadian Customers:
Please allow 5-10 days to reach its destination.
Canadian customs sets taxes, duties and brokerage fees on commercial goods shipped to The Great White North. These fees will be determined at the border. FORMAT cannot determine, in advance, what these fees will be. Goods & Services Tax (GST) and Provincial Sales Tax (PST) vary based on the province to which your gear is shipped and on its value. The duty is determined by the value of the merchandise and its place of origin. Goods that are totally made in the USA will be duty free, But are still subject to GST/PST.
